Is Quidlo Timesheets free for an unlimited number of users?
Quidlo Timesheets is free for teams of up to 10 members. For bigger teams, we offer a dedicated Pro plan with additional features.
How is the subscription fee calculated for the Pro plan?
Once you’ve purchased the Pro plan, your entire organisation will receive access to Quidlo Timesheets. Unlimited users and no additional costs. It’s really that simple.
Can I try out the extra features?
Of course! You can try out all Pro features for free for 30 days. We don’t require any commitment or a credit card to start. In order to extend the free trial phase, please contact our support team.
How does the free trial work?
Regardless of the plan, all new users get 30 days to try out our Pro plan for free and we won’t ask you to provide any billing information. When the 30 days are up, you’ll automatically lose access to all Pro features, but you can continue using Quidlo Timesheets on the free Starter plan.
What happens if my team size changes?
If you’re on the Pro plan and your team changes size, this won’t affect your billing. We charge only a flat fee, regardless of the number of your team members.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Because we all love discounts. Our Pro plan billed annually will allow you to save 25%. We also offer an additional 30% discount for NGOs and universities. Please contact our support at hello@quidlo.com for further details.
How can I pay?
We accept payments by credit card. In case your company does not allow credit card payments, bank transfers can also be arranged for the annual plan. Just contact our support team hello@quidlo.com for help.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. When you cancel, the current subscription expires at the end of the current billing cycle. However, once you are back on the free Starter plan and the size of your team is above 10 users, your Workspace will be frozen and no one will be able to track time. To unfreeze the Workspace, you would need to reduce the number of active users to 10.
Why do I need a Tax ID in order to upgrade to the Pro plan?
At this moment only registered companies are allowed to upgrade to the Pro plan. This is why you need to provide your company’s tax information to complete the payment and upgrade.
Does Quidlo Timsheets have desktop or mobile apps? Are they free?
Quidlo Timesheets offers desktop apps for Windows and MacOS as well as mobile apps, both for iOS and Android systems. All of our apps are free to download and use. Track time the way you like!
